Drunk peach

SiGi have revived this ancient recipe. Hand peeled and halved peaches are preserved in a white
wine syrup using Colli Maceratesi Doc. The fruit absorbs aromas and flavours of the wine and the juice, a peach scented white wine, creates a special unique drink.
